Paper plate painting palette

This is a great idea for all budding artists and is a lovely ‘slow’ activity to have up your sleeve. It’s quite a good one when you get back from school as a bit of a calmer I find and it also comes without the mess and hassle of filling lots of pots with different colours!! .  Once the palette is done the children can either paint a picture on a separate piece of paper or simply experiment mixing colours on the plate. Here’s today’s outcomes. Eat your heart out Van Gogh!!
