Make bread

‘Slow food’ meets ‘slow parenting’ once again and what a ‘slowie’ this one is. Kneading, stretching, pulling, punching (!!!!),kids love this one as they can really get ‘hands on’ and ‘hands in’ when it comes to bread making. You’ve just got to accept before you start that your kitchen is going to get messy, you’re going to get messy, and the bread may not turn out perfectly the first time (or any time if you’re culinary challenged like I am!!!) . Just keep in mind your end goal, to teach the children a wonderful skill for ‘forever more’. Happy kneading!
