Make smoothies

Smoothies are a great ‘slow mum’ activity and are very healthy too. The children can help out by choosing their ingredients, cutting the soft fruits, loading the blender and of course helping you drink them! Best bits are seeing the fruits whizz together and tasting the final blend.  Here’s one of our favourites. Enjoy!!!

1 small banana

150g strawberries or raspberries

300ml milk

Blend until smooth xxxxx
